iMPACT Halliburton Professionals Organization
Interested in a leadership round-table event with Halliburton’s CEO? Want to discover how to better manage your career? Or would you like the chance to socialize with a group of your peers and some of the company’s top brass at a bowling night?
If you become a member of the Halliburton team, you can take part in activities like these by joining iMPACT, Halliburton’s Professionals Organization. iMPACT was started by Halliburton professionals for Halliburton professionals to foster networking and career development – and specifically target your needs.
iMPACT chapters hold regular events at each of their locations to provide opportunities to meet new people, learn more about Halliburton and discover ways to better manage and develop a Halliburton career. By joining iMPACT, you’ll also get the chance to:
- Develop leadership skills
- Hear from dynamic speakers
- Attend fun social gatherings
- Take field trips to other Halliburton sites
- Take part in important volunteer opportunities
So, who are iMPACT members? First and foremost, iMPACT members are passionate about Halliburton. Members are dispersed across all of Halliburton’s product service lines and support functions. Nearly half are currently in technical roles in the company, and close to 45 percent have graduate-level degrees.
Chapters are currently going strong in Houston and Carrollton, Texas, and Denver, Colorado. In early 2008, Farmington, New Mexico; Aberdeen, U.K.; and Southeast Asia will launch affiliates, with other new groups starting worldwide, as iMPACT’s message of career and leadership development for new professionals grows
